Need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that things happen and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we require at least 24 hours notice. If you don't provide at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services you were scheduled for.
No show?
Failure to show up for your appointment without communication will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of your services. This charge must be paid before you can reschedule your appointment.
Late arrival?
We understand that things happen and will allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you are late for your appointment, it will impact both our personal and professional lives. If I am late, I will make sure to honor the full appointment time.
Want to schedule outside regular salon hours?
If you would like to schedule an appointment before or after our regular business hours, we may be able to accommodate you. However, there will be a 30% up-charge for these appointments.
